South Main Peace Flix

Last Wednesday we had an after-work nosh-up followed by "Words of Peace - Happiness", a new DVD with 3 segments about: peace, enjoyment, strength. Maharaji is magnificent and premie 'testimonials' are sweet. It was a small, but enthusiastic gathering with new friendships being formed and old ones renewed.

Thanks to Ann Campbell for helping choose the DVD and supplying it, along with a library of other intro titles, Bawn Campbell , without whose enthusiasm, backed by practical assistance none of this would be possible, Gary Bandzmer for his beautiful music, Betty McKim for crudites and love, and Judith, the ever-reliable source of refreshments and inspiration.

This time, instead of showing 'Discover More', I announced at the end that the following week I would show 'Introduction to The Keys' DVD for anyone who wanted and had aready seen 'Discover More'. I pointed out that it was on the free DVD, 'Designed for Joy', which was a gift placed on each chair. I said if anyone wanted to start The Keys to come same time, same place, next week and we would show the IITK DVD, get their PAN number on-line, register them for the local library by filling out the forms, and give out copies of Key 1. A couple of people expressed interested, but I am not going to follow them up, but leave it to each person to call me.

Once again, I forgot to take pictures. The room looks beautiful and especially when it is filled with shiny faces!
